missingWrote a review on Dec 10tiny balconyquality beddingcramped space
Rooms feature tiny balconies that offer a nice bit of fresh air. The bedding is high quality and comfortable for a compact stay.
Room space can feel cramped, especially in the family options where luggage arrangements become tricky. Noise can be an issue. roadworks and nearby pubs contribute to disturbances, especially at night. Some smoke odors permeate the air, particularly if you’re in a non-smoking room near smoking sections.

absolutely the worst experience. check-in was unwelcoming, and I had to argue for an extra water bottle despite paying for 2! The room was tiny, barely fit my luggage, and the dust was unforgivable. wanted a special upgrade or some gesture for all the trouble but of course, I got nothing. I just couldn’t give a good review.

Not perfect, but worth it
Fantastic location with subway access just 2 minutes away! Loved the spacious family room that accommodated us comfortably with a balcony.
The tiny bathroom felt cramped especially for our needs and the shower pressure was occasionally weak.

The hotel is located conveniently close to attractions like Ueno Park and Akihabara. We particularly enjoyed the variety of museums in Ueno and our teenagers loved the easy access to nearby shopping spots. The flat-screen TV offered entertainment during our downtime.
My wife says that the check-in process felt unwelcoming and formal. An improvement would be to have a family-friendly check-in experience.

I loved the tiny but well-equipped room. adapters and comfy bedding made my stay cozy. However, the breakfast area suffered from cigarette smoke, which was a downside. I'd choose this place again!
